ABB E-mobility is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to provide remote diagnosis and troubleshooting for EV charging systems. In this role, you will coordinate with Field Service Engineers, manage escalated cases, and support on-site interventions to ensure optimal service for our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a vocational degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work remotely on weekends and evenings.
