Structural Engineer as Solution​/Technical Support Engineer

You have a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
Ideally, you have already gained experience as a structural engineer and are familiar with structural analysis according to Eurocode.
You are specialized in the field of structural engineering, for example, in steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, timber structures, or structural dynamics.
You already have experience with FEA and frame analysis software, ideally with Dlubal Software programs, such as RFEM or RSTAB.
You have very good command of spoken and written Italian and good English (at least B2).
Your Tasks    Become a structural all-rounder:  Your adventure begins with extensive training in the Dlubal programs and then direct contact with our users in Solution Engineering. Whether by email or phone – you are always available to solve technical inquiries about our programs and at the end of the day, to put a smile on our users' faces.
Instructive presentations:  You will also be available to our sales team for technical support, training, and presentations to ensure the optimal customer experience. You will also demonstrate our software at trade fairs, seminars, information and sales events, and also represent our company Dlubal Software.
Link between application and development:  You are the interface between our customers/users and our product development. You will gather vital customer feedback, share it with product engineers and play an active role in shaping the software.
Expand our Dlubal Academy:  By leveraging your expertise, our users will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the software. Transform customer inquiries into valuable technical articles, FAQ, and product features.
Your Mission at Dlubal Software  As a civil engineer in technical support, you are the central point of contact for our users in the Solution Engineering area. You support our customers in resolving their technical software requests, provide valuable assistance, and share your knowledge in the form of webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback flows directly into the further development of our products, thus actively contributing to the improvement of the software and the satisfaction of our users – always true to the motto: “Enjoy structural analysis...”.
