The company is a specialist surveying practice offering comprehensive measured building surveys. They work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small to large-scale works, with both public and private sector clients. Due to a recent influx of work, they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role, your time will be primarily home-based, with occasional visits to the office for meetings. Your main responsibilities will include managing and quality‑checking CAD drawings produced by the team, ensuring all work meets a high standard, and providing feedback where necessary. You will also produce your own detailed drawings of elevations and floor plans.

• Quality checking drawings produced by subcontractors
• Producing your own detailed drawings
• Initially office-based, then transitioning to home working

• AutoCAD essential;
  Revit highly desirable
• Able to produce detailed elevation and floor plan drawings
• Experience producing elevations and floor plans across multiple sectors
• Able to commute to the Rayleigh office when required
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently to a high standard

• Progression to CAD Manager as the business expands
