Sales Engineer - Parcel

Work with our sales team to develop and deliver tailored parcel-handling solutions, integrating cutting-edge technology with competitive pricing and strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with sales managers to craft and execute sales tactics.
• Address and resolve commercial or tactical challenges in partnership with the sales manager.
• Oversee all sales engineering deliverables from bid to handover and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide technical expertise to develop innovative conceptual designs.
• Drive initiatives that align with overall sales strategy and company objectives.
• Manage multiple projects across sales phases, maintaining momentum and seamless progression.
• Lead an internal support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls) toward a unified vision.
• Listen to customer needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Ensure every procedural step follows our sales process checklists to prevent gaps.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving logistics challenges.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (German or other) is a bonus.

• Competitive salary (€4,300 - €5,900 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance).
• Vacation: 40 days (20 statutory + 20 flexible days).
