Job Description About DSPA DSPA develops and manufactures innovative fire suppression systems used in critical environments worldwide. Through our international distributor network, we support projects across industries such as energy, industrial applications, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
As our company continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team.

Job Description As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, estimating, and supporting fire suppression system projects for clients worldwide. You will work closely with customers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams to develop technically sound and compliant fire protection solutions.
This role requires both engineering expertise and strong communication skills, as you will participate in technical discussions with international clients and support projects from concept to delivery.
Projects range from industrial and renewable energy applications to large-scale international infrastructure projects across Europe, the US, India, Africa, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities  Design and estimate fire suppression systems for international projects
Develop custom technical solutions for complex project requirements
Ensure compliance with EN, ISO, NFPA, and other applicable standards and regulations
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments when required
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
Technical drawings
Compliance matrices
Datasheets
Presentations
Project descriptions
Participate in technical meetings with customers and project stakeholders
Support project execution together with internal teams
Provide technical support and product training to clients and colleagues worldwide
Work with customer templates and project documentation requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Support the development of business opportunities and distributor networks, particularly within the African region
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire suppression system design and estimation
Strong technical understanding of fire suppression systems and industrial practices

Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software
Familiarity with EN, ISO, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards

Experience with failure analysis is considered a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills within international project environments
Professional English speaking and writing skills
Willingness to travel internationally when required
