Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fire Protection) - Cockermouth

£65,000 to £70,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus

• Basic salary circa £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
• Car allowance circa £4k
• 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays (31 in total)
• 8.30 am to 5 pm working hours (30min break)
• Friday working from home
• Discretionary bonus up to 10% after 12 months employment
• 3% employee pension contributions

• Commercially manage fire protection work on Cockermouth
• Offer value engineering
• Costings off a schedule of rates
• Work closely with the site team to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Carry out monthly cost value reports
• Attend site meetings
• Complete final accounts

Established business with 20 years trading history. Circa £20 million annual turnover. Excellent client base including tier 1, tier 2 and SMEs. Industrial projects working on Sellafield.

• A proven history working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Open to sector experience either main contractor or specialist subcontractor
• Preferably degree educated
• Good IT and numerical skills
• Full UK driving license
