Project Manager – Highways & Transport Infrastructure

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience in Highways and Transport Infrastructure to join a client in Oxford. The role involves delivering large scale highways and transport improvement projects, acting as the primary interface for various stakeholders, managing a multi‑disciplinary contractor and design consultant team (highways, drainage and structures) and holding budget responsibilities for the programme.

This is a full‑time contract position. The rate on offer is £475 – £500 per day, negotiable for the right candidate and dependent on experience. Flexible working arrangements and working from home opportunities are available.

Working within the Highways team your main duties include:

• Delivering major transport, highways and traffic infrastructure projects.
• Reviewing design drawings and overseeing cost control.
• Managing contract administration and NEC3/NEC4 compliance.
• Ensuring all highway elements of projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Previous experience in Highways and Transport is essential for this role.
