Responsibilities- Leading system testing activities and validating customer requirements.
- Developing overall test philosophy and project test plans.
- Preparing all system test documentation for execution.
- Managing deviations and defining remediation actions to meet project requirements.
- Running readiness reviews and confirming availability of test resources.
- Tracking testing progress and resolving delays impacting on‑time delivery.
- Managing the Test Equipment Matrix for project needs.
- Identifying best practices and capturing lessons learned for future projects.
- Experience in system testing within EPC or engineering projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple testing work streams effectively.
- Good understanding of verification, validation and test processes.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation and test procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in project engineering or testing roles.
