Job Description
- Oversee installation and coordination of systems such as PA, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, CCTV, and Card Access.
- Manage the full project cycle independently with minimal supervision.
- Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project coordination and installation issues.
- Inspect site installations against shop drawings, CSD drawings, and Method Statements.
- Prepare and submit inspection forms for approval by RE/RTO.
- Track site activities, report obstructions to main contractors, and ensure timely inspections, testing, and commissioning sign-offs.
- Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety requirements.
- Update As-built drawings and hand over to engineers.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and submit to Project Engineers/Managers.
- Identify and document variation or abortive works with supporting photos/drawings for submission to main contractors.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and attend site coordination meetings with external parties.
- Ensure company quality standards are achieved across all site activities.
- Assist in new assignments or projects as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in site supervision or engineering.
- Strong communication and reporting skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with initiative.
