As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the customer‑oriented technical support of the Hach equipment portfolio within your region (commissioning, maintenance and repairs). You make a difference for our customers. Your personal contact is essential for a high level of customer satisfaction and close customer loyalty.

• You will travel daily in your company car to customers within your region.
• Your working day usually starts in the Ankara office and ends  a safe journey home during working hours is not possible or does not make sense, you will stay overnight in a hotel.
• You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement, from commissioning and user briefing to maintenance and repairs.
• You will work closely with sales and make recommendations to extend our service contracts and replacements.
• You will provide product enhancement support as well as installation support for test setups or customer orders.

• Technical degree (Electrical, Electronics, Medical Device Technologies, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry Automation Technician).
• No barriers to domestic/international business travel and out‑of‑town accommodation.
• Class B driving licence.
• At least intermediate level of English (preferred).
