As part of a dynamic engineering team, you will directly influence the implementation of new digital control systems within nuclear energy facilities. Collaborating closely with discipline engineers, you will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring all design requirements are met while mentoring junior staff in instrumentation and controls. Your extensive knowledge of power plant systems will be a key asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed design engineering for nuclear I&C systems

• Prepare documentation for design and procurement

• Evaluate and recommend instrumentation replacements

• Mentor and guide less experienced engineering staff

• Participate in thorough site evaluations and client meetings

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years in design engineering for nuclear control systems

• Expertise with instrumentation for Candu reactors

• Experience in engineering drawing reviews

• Compliance with U.S. export-controlled information rules
