We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our growing team — someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical trainings for overseas vendors and domestic authorized services.
- Determine the relevant education budget and manage it in accordance with criteria.
- Provide support to dealers and services on installation and product training.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, field work, and technical support processes and present them to senior management.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback and make recommendations.
- Mentor the development of team members and enhance their technical skills.
- Supervise the implementation of product installation standards and safety procedures.
- Support field teams in solving technical problems and intervene when necessary.
- Graduated from engineering (preferably mechanical) departments of universities.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in technical training in the air conditioning sector.
- Experience in strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of technical support and field mechanical installation practices.
- Ability to prepare and present technical training materials.
- Preferably good written and verbal communication in English.
- Advanced negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Adopts a customer-oriented approach and has problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical drawing/design programs (preferably AutoCAD or similar).
- No domestic and international travel barriers.
