Position: Senior Mechanical Designer Hybrid Role

In this Senior Mechanical Designer role, you will tackle low to medium complexity projects and utilize your mechanical design skills using CREO and Solid Edge. Your work will encompass conducting mechanical and thermal simulations while mentoring junior team members. This role presents an opportunity to apply your expertise in the aerospace industry while participating in essential testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems using CREO and Solid Edge

• Execute thermal and mechanical simulations with ANSYS

• Perform corrosion mitigation strategies in designs

• Develop and document requirements using DOORS

• Mentor junior engineers and support teamwork

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or civil engineering

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• Extensive skills in CREO and Solid Edge

• Strong understanding of EMC controls

• PEO certification needed
