Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor engineering teams and students

• Oversee engineering deliverables and coordination

• Develop medium- and long-term mine plans

• Facilitate planning meetings with key personnel

• Monitor compliance with engineering standards

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer accreditation or in progress

• Minimum 5 years underground mining experience

• Proficient in Deswik, AutoCAD, and Excel

• Experience with narrow-vein mining methods

• Strong understanding of mine planning best practices
