Corporate PSM Engineer - Remote​/Hybrid

Step into a vital role with Coeur Mining as a Corporate PSM Engineer, driving safety initiatives across diverse North American mine sites. This position offers a blend of remote work and site engagement.
In this key role, you'll report to the Corporate PSM Director while supporting the implementation of the Corporate PSM Framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in safety engineering and be adept at managing change in high-hazard environments. You will collaborate with site teams to transform theoretical risks into practical safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and audit safety maturity across sites

• Standardize safety and risk management practices

• Create impactful training materials for staff

• Oversee on-site safety deployments and coaching

• Analyze key performance indicators to ensure safety
Requirements:

• 5–8 years working in hazardous conditions

• Proven experience in mining preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial systems

• Experience with incident investigations

• Must travel to mine sites 50%-60% of the time
