We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to enhance our project controls team, focusing on nuclear decommissioning and radioactive waste management. The full-time role demands candidates with profound estimating backgrounds who can produce and document high-quality project cost estimates. Your expertise will be crucial for ensuring effective project delivery across our multi-faceted portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage baseline cost estimates for projects

• Document comprehensive Basis of Estimate (BOE) for all bids

• Utilize parametric and bottom-up estimating methodologies

• Partner with senior schedulers on cost-loading tasks

• Provide crucial data for the project risk analysis
Requirements:

• At least 10 years estimating experience in capital projects

• Strong emphasis on nuclear facility projects

• Proven track record in BOE authorship

• AACE membership or relevant professional designation preferred

• Capacity to obtain nuclear facility security clearance
