Become a Packaging Specialist in hybrid work at Kenvue, Guelph, Ontario. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage packaging solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards. As a Packaging Specialist reporting to the NA Tech Ops Packaging Lead, you will engage with diverse teams to develop and maintain specifications for packaging components.
Your role will include improving packaging design, resolving issues, and coordinating documentation to support product quality. This position requires communication and collaboration while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain industry-compliant packaging specifications
- Collaborate with teams to meet manufacturability and protection needs
- Implement improvements to packaging designs and materials
- Own change controls for new and modified packaging
- Coordinate compliance testing and analysis of packaging components
- Degree in packaging development or related field
- Minimum 3 years in consumer goods packaging
- Experience with pharmaceutical packaging environments
- Robust technical writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
