* Manage and quality-assure a portfolio of fire risk assessment projects across a range of sectors
* Line-manage and mentor Fire Risk Assessors, providing technical support, coaching, and workload oversight
* Deliver complex fire risk assessments yourself, including higher-risk and technical premises
* Review and sign off FRA reports and action plans, ensuring they are clear, prioritised, and commercially sensible
* Contribute to fire engineering work (fire strategies, technical reports, design input) with support from senior engineers### What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor at senior or principal level, with team leadership or mentoring experience
* Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, guidance, and standards across a range of occupancies
* Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification, IFSM or IFE membership, and Tier 2 register entry (minimum)
* Excellent communication skills; confident engaging with clients, contractors, and senior stakeholders
* Willingness to travel regularly to client sites### Pathway to Fire Engineering
* Work alongside fire engineers on selected projects
* Fully funded progression towards a
** Level 5 Diploma
** and/or
** Fire Engineering degree
*** Gradually take on greater involvement in fire engineering design and strategy as your competence grows### What You'll Get
