RICS Residential Surveyor ready to join a fast-growing practice in the Stockport area? What's on offer - A remote-based position, £50,000 - £60,000 Basic, up to £70,000 OTE, full-time hours, car expenses, healthcare and bonuses! This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, fast-growing practice who due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
Level 2 Surveys Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary) Red Book Valuations Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time. To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
Minimum Assoc

RICS qualified Proven track record in Surveying Registered Valuer Status UK Driving License Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal What's on offer?

Working hours:

Remote / WFH basis. Full-time Monday to Friday Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays
