Job Overview  Are you ready to propel your engineering career to new heights? At Enbridge, we are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Performance Engineer (Wind / Solar / Renewables) to join our Power business unit in Calgary, AB, Canada.
This role is essential in driving asset performance analysis and reporting for our wind and solar facilities.

Internally called Engineer III
What You Will Do   Lead asset performance analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate performance gaps, conduct testing, and validate wind/solar uprates.
Enhance data platforms to deliver accurate performance and resource insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to improve asset performance.
Drive performance programs and support consultants on testing and uprate activities.
Standardize, document, and automate analytics processes while supporting project needs.
Who You Are   Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preference is a Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Doctoral with research experience in a field directly related to renewable power generation.
Registered member with APEGA as P. Eng. in the Province of Alberta.
4 or more years related experience.
Passion for renewables with a strong willingness to learn.
Solid foundation in math, statistics, and data science.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB; other languages an asset).
Self‑motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions   Office environment.
Limited travel ( Ability to travel and work on projects throughout Canada and United States.
Valid passport is required.
Wind turbine site environment to monitor and observe work performed.
Applicants must be able to climb vertical stationary ladders inside wind turbine towers to heights greater than 250 feet.
Occasionally, employees may be required to work in adverse outdoor weather conditions in temperatures greater than 35°C and lower than
-20°C.
