Take charge of piping analysis for nuclear projects in a hybrid work environment. This specialized role focuses on compliance, design, and collaboration across various engineering groups.
In this position, you'll be integral to piping analysis on innovative nuclear projects. You will reconcile pipe stress reports, prepare analytical assessments, and apply industry codes effectively. Key skills include managing project commitments, reviewing piping support systems, and consulting on field-related engineering issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct piping analysis for nuclear projects
• Reconcile stress reports for as-built conditions
• Prepare analytical reports on piping reactions
• Interface with external engineering contacts
• Provide guidance to fellow engineers and project teams
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of piping analysis model creation
• Knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B&PV codes
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Experience with CAESAR II or AutoPIPE software preferred
