Senior Bridge Engineer

Position: Senior Bridge Engineer Hybrid Role
Join Insight Global as a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer in Peterborough, Ontario, with a hybrid work model of three days onsite each week. Drive projects from inception to completion and ensure outstanding design and engineering solutions.
Reporting to the Structural Bridge Department Manager, this role emphasizes extensive experience in end-to-end structural projects. You'll be responsible for preliminary project planning, design calculations, and engaging in technical studies to deliver optimal engineering outcomes. You will also liaise with various stakeholders and manage project resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve in preliminary and detailed engineering design

• Identify complex design issues and propose tailored solutions

• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and execution plans

• Conduct technical studies and site investigations

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
Requirements:

• P.Eng certification required

• 7+ years of structural bridge engineering experience

• Proficient in MTO project delivery

• Experience in preparing technical reports and specifications

• Capability to manage project budgets and resources
