Location:

Colmar, France. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates and their families if needed.

Travel:
Approximately 50% to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey. Remote work up to 20% of time (one day per week). Office‑first role.

• Base annual pay in France: 52,000 EUR – 64,000 EUR, dependent on experience, qualifications and expected contribution

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality support remotely and on site
• Travel (~50%) to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey for installations, operations and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction and collaboration
• Support audits, client visits and technical discussions as a subject‑matter expert
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety and regulatory standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams

• Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated environments
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions
• Fluency in French, English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
• Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards
• Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Background in Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
