Production Engineer DMU; m​/w​/d

Responsibilities

• You actively contribute to the industrialization of our products through the analysis of Digital Mock-Ups (DMU) and by anticipating future production needs
• You lead the definition and optimization of assembly and pre-assembly sequences for our engines
• You ensure the feasibility and efficiency of assembly operations by studying the accessibility of assembly areas and tooling
• You identify and prevent collision risks between components, installations, and tools to ensure smooth and safe production operations
• You participate in engine assembly activities to gain in-depth knowledge of production techniques and relay improvement requests from the shop floor
• You translate your analyses into concrete recommendations and high value-added technical reports
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our production methods and the deployment of new industrial management tools
• You carry out strategic studies and provide key analyses to support management decision‑making
• You collaborate with production teams in conducting tests on assembly lines and validate analyses against real production conditions

• You hold an Engineering degree or an equivalent qualification in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in design or a related field
• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design or simulation
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have a good level of French. Knowledge of German is considered an asset
• You are proficient in MS Office and have a solid basic knowledge of Pro/Engineer – CREO and ideally Teamcenter Visual Mockup
• You are passionate about technology and have a particular interest in Diesel engines and complex industrial environments
• You demonstrate flexibility, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility
• You stand out through your positive mindset, openness to change, and strong communication skills
