About the business areaADCE, a leading commercial building development manager in Abu Dhabi, provides a wide range of services from feasibility studies to project management, catering to ADCB's retail and commercial mortgage business and key government entities like the Abu Dhabi Municipality. This year, a priority has been investing in digitalisation to optimise operations, with a focus on valuations, reporting, and certification, utilising technology to expand services and enhance its proposition.
Additionally, ADCE collaborates closely with ADCB’s Sustainability and Corporate & Investment Banking teams to identify and assess sustainable property and construction projects, offering guidance on financing for construction projects and building retrofits. With Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) as a key focus, ADCE is developing new service offerings set for launch in 2025, including energy services to support the UAE’s goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCE to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include- Conduct site visits and inspections to projects under construction and properties for valuation purposes in order to report on findings.
- Provide support by preparing progress reports for projects under construction and to ensure full understanding of current position.
- Prepare reports on status and progress updates of projects in order to provide required information to the line manager.
- Stay up to date with latest codes, standards and construction guidelines to ensure that best practice is being followed and implemented.
- Accumulate data from consultants & contractors in order to best advise on construction life cycle of building projects.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and department policies, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standards and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers & stakeholders.
- At least 4 years of experience in Engineering Field
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a well-recognized university
