Position: Engineer (Site Manager) at Islandwide, up to $8000

Job Description:

Test and commission protection and control systems after modifications to ensure operational readiness
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, business partners, and end customers to achieve on‑time project delivery
Collaborate with end customers to verify design accuracy and align project milestones with timelines
Manage and maintain all project documentation in compliance with client specifications for traceability and quality assurance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards throughout project execution

Islandwide, need to travel to sites

Salary: up to $8000 + Quarterly AWS + Variable Bonus

Working hours:

Monday to Friday (1 day of remote work per week subject to HoD approval)

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager for 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects
Holder of EHVN Pink Pass enabling supervision at live substations
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines
Strong stakeholder management skills with proactive and meticulous work approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
