• Providing technical and managerial leadership to the global systems engineering team (3–5 staff)
• Coaching, developing and supporting team members
• Ensuring the stable and secure operation of the global Microsoft infrastructure
• Further developing the global infrastructure, platform and operations strategy
• Actively shaping the transformation towards hybrid and cloud infrastructures
• Defining and establishing global standards, governance and operational models
• Working closely with internal specialist departments (Security, Network, Cloud, Workplace, Business Applications) and international teams, particularly in North America
• Managing external partners and ensuring reliable delivery
• Evaluating new technologies and continuously optimising and automating the infrastructure
• Communicating complex technical topics clearly to various stakeholders

• Several years’ experience in setting up and operating complex Microsoft infrastructures
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory / Entra , hybrid identity and Azure
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware vSphere, PKI (AD CS), DNS/DHCP and Azure Infrastructure Services
• Experience in cloud transformations and modern infrastructure architecture
• Good knowledge of security, compliance, governance and operational requirements
• Experience with automation, ideally Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• Several years’ leadership experience (approx. 5 years) in technical infrastructure teams
• Hands‑on approach with high technical credibility
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a passion for international collaboration and change
