Willow Tech Group is searching for experienced Level 2/3 Telecom TAC Engineers based in Italy to support international operator environments remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SIAE Microelettronica microwave transmission products and be comfortable working in multi-vendor telecom environments.

This position is essential for providing advanced troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and operational support across transmission and transport networks. Previous experience in an L2/L3 TAC role is mandatory. This is a long-term opportunity.
