Willow Tech Group is seeking experienced Level 2/3 Telecom TAC Engineers based in Italy to support international operator environments remotely. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with SIAE Microelettronica microwave transmission products and IP transport networks.

The role focuses on supporting live telecom environments, providing advanced troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and operational support across transmission networks.

Previous experience in L2/L3 TAC roles is mandatory for consideration.
