TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Cockermouth, offering a salary between £65,000 and £70,000 annually plus a car allowance and discretionary bonus. This advantageous role includes commercial management of fire protection projects, ensuring effective collaboration with site teams to stay within budget, and fulfilling various responsibilities related to cost evaluations and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with a degree, and must possess strong IT and numerical skills.
Additional benefits include 20 days annual leave, 3% pension contributions, and flexible working options.
