Advance your career with GEI as a Lead Geomodeller, utilizing Leapfrog Geo to create complex 3D geological models for projects in mining and infrastructure.
This role offers remote work opportunities across Canada.
GEI seeks an intermediate to senior geo-modeller/structural geologist to oversee projects on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in 3D geological modelling with 5-15 years of relevant experience.
Your role will involve travelling to unique locations while bringing your passion for structural geology to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct intricate 3D geological models using Leapfrog Geo
• Lead and manage various global projects
• Participate in geological field mapping when necessary
• Effectively engage with clients on project details
• Adapt to travel for project requirements
Requirements:
• 5-15 years of experience in geology
• Proven expertise in 3D modelling with Leapfrog Geo
• Bachelor’s degree in geology or geological engineering
• Required driver's license
• Eligibility for Canadian P.Geo or P.Eng registration
