We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Scotland who will be responsible for delivering work that is driven by excellence and doing the right thing.

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports across the lifecycle of your projects.
• Provide accurate monitoring, forecasting and reporting of project costs and programme performance ensuring value for money and cost efficiency for clients.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Administer a variety of contracts to ensure commercial control and compliance.
• Manage contract change collaboratively and effectively as appropriate for the project needs.
• Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders.

• Proven track record of quantity surveying and commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
• Professional accreditation (RICS, CICES) preferred or currently working towards.
• Experience with NEC contracts and similar.
• Hold relevant professional certifications such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, etc.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
