Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer Hybrid Role
Join the land development team as a Civil Engineer, specializing in subdivision design in Windsor, Essex. Experience hybrid work while leading innovative residential and commercial projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to focus on residential and mixed-use subdivision design. This role requires 3-7 years of relevant experience and advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D. You'll coordinate with planners and manage grading, drainage designs, and stormwater management calculations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of residential subdivision layouts and phasing plans

• Prepare and review grading and servicing drawings for approvals

• Coordinate with planners and landscape architects through project stages

• Develop grading and drainage designs that meet municipal standards

• Respond to agency comments and revise drawings as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–7 years in land development and subdivision design

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley Software

• Strong understanding of municipal service standards

• Effective communication with clients and teams
