Key Responsibilities:

• Define training architecture for engineering roles

• Lead simulation fidelity and scenario design efforts

• Prepare and execute training solutions for naval contexts

• Validate training systems against design and budget requirements

• Conduct studies to evaluate training solutions and methodologies

Requirements:

• In-depth experience in submarine engineering

• Familiarity with System Approach to Training (SAT)

• Effective communication and collaborative skills

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain security clearance
