Analog | Mixed Signal | RF IC Design and Layout Contracts
I am working with a semiconductor client seeking an experienced Analog Layout Engineer to support full custom IC layout across complex analog and mixed-signal designs.
This is a long-term 12-month remote contract focused on block-level layout development, top-level floor planning, and precision routing within an advanced-node design environment.
You’ll be working closely with analog design and verification teams to deliver high-performance layouts with a strong emphasis on area optimisation, manufacturability, and electrical robustness.
Key technical requirements:- Senior-level experience in analog IC layout design
- Hands-on experience with Global Foundries 22nm (GF22nm) process technology
- Strong understanding of layout-dependent effects (LDEs) and advanced-node constraints
- Proficiency with EDA layout and verification tools (e.g. Virtuoso or equivalent)
- Experience in full custom analog layout
, including floor planning, block-level routing, and integration
- Fully remote, long-term 12-month engagement
- Work on advanced-node analog and mixed-signal ICs
- Exposure to complex full custom layout challenges at scale
- Close collaboration with experienced analog design teams
- Strong technical ownership across block and chip-level layout
