Overview
Join the energetic team at PM2CM, Inc. as a Project Controls Advisor, operating hybrid-remote from Los Angeles County, CA. This role calls for a robust foundation in project estimation and cost control processes. With at least ten years in the construction industry, you’ll guide cost aggregation efforts for projects totaling up to $1B.
Responsibilities- Lead project scope and cost aggregation for major projects
- Develop accurate cost estimates for substations and equipment replacements
- Conduct peer reviews and variance analyses of estimates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements
- Collaborate across functional teams for approvals
- Minimum of ten years in construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant estimating tools
- Knowledge of civil engineering practices and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and complex problem-solving ability
