We have built a strong reputation across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments and are expanding our London presence due to increasing client demand and a growing project portfolio. With the backing of a large, established consultancy and the feel of a small, collaborative office, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business. You will work on a wide range of high‑profile projects, mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships, and have genuine opportunities to progress as the office continues its planned expansion.

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects across commercial, residential, PBSA, hotel, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle from RIBA Stage 1 through to handover.
• Produce electrical calculations, technical specifications, reports, and detailed design information.
• Attend client, design team, and project meetings as a key technical representative.
• Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and wider project teams.
• Support and mentor junior and intermediate engineers within the business.
• Review project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with current regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider engineering team to deliver high-quality projects.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Building Services consultancy environment.
• Strong experience delivering electrical designs on large-scale commercial, residential, hotel, PBSA, or mixed-use developments.
• Ability to manage projects independently and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience across detailed design and technical delivery stages.
• Strong understanding of current and upcoming Building Services regulations and standards.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the construction and development process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers and represent the business professionally.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience.
