** Junior CAD Technician
** to join our established
** Transport & Mobility Planning team**, delivering high‐quality
** transport and highways drawings and plans
** for projects across the UK.Based in our
** London office**, the role will focus primarily on
** producing transport‐related drawings using industry‐standard CAD software**, with additional exposure to
** site measurements, data collection and multi‐disciplinary project support**, as well as a small amount of other
** cross‐sector work
** spanning planning, infrastructure and built‐environment projects.##

The Role You’ll support the delivery of
** transport and highways design projects
** from initial data collection through to final drawing production, working closely with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. The role includes:
* ** Producing high‐quality plans, drawings, diagrams and data outputs
** for planning applications, public consultation and public inquiry.
* ** Ensuring all outputs comply with SLR CAD drawing standards**, while developing your understanding of relevant design standards.
* ** Undertaking on‐site measurements and data collection
** to inform design work.
* ** Supporting Transport Planning teams
** by preparing plans using a range of CAD and design software (AutoCAD, Map 3D, KeySIGNS, KeyLINES, GIS, Adobe Illustrator, Vehicle Tracking).
* ** Maintaining continuous professional development**, including attending training as required.
* ** Complying with operational requirements and maintaining accurate records.
