Breath HR is seeking a Manufacturing Principal Engineer to lead the industrialisation and manufacture of advanced battery pack systems in the UK. This role requires technical leadership and hands-on expertise to drive process development and operational scalability in a new manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in battery systems, demonstrating strong knowledge of assembly methods. The role includes collaboration across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams and demands a commitment to quality and safety.
