Position: Operations Research Architect - Hybrid Role

Join the Product R&D team as an Operations Research Architect in Ottawa or Toronto, Canada. Drive algorithmic optimization and large-scale mathematical modeling for complex supply chain challenges.

In this hybrid role, you will lead the development of high-performance algorithms and optimization strategies tailored to large-scale supply chain systems. With a PhD in Operations Research or a related field, your expertise will guide the evolution of supply chain methodologies employing advanced techniques like heuristics and ML/OR approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define optimization strategies for supply chain systems

• Lead development of high-performance, large-scale models

• Serve as a technical authority on algorithm design

• Mentor senior engineers and researchers

• Foster a culture of analytical rigor in the team

Requirements:

• PhD in Operations Research or related field

• Experience delivering optimization models in production
