Position: Aerospace Methods Specialist - Hybrid Role
Elevate your career as a Methods Specialist in aerospace manufacturing. Located in St-Laurent, Dorval, this hybrid position focuses on New Product Development and operational efficiencies.

We are expanding our aerospace team and need skilled Methods professionals with experience in complex environments. Positions vary from Configuration to NPD, requiring 3 to 15 years of relevant expertise. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in managing production processes and product configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product configuration management for business aircraft

• Implement manufacturing methods in production settings

• Develop deliverables for NPD efforts

• Standardize technical work instructions and processes

• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain

Requirements:

• Technical education in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 3 to 10+ years in Methods Engineering

• Bilingual in French and English

• Tools knowledge: ERP, CATIA or Lean is a plus

• Experience from manufacturing or automotive industries welcome
