Position: Transportation Project Coordinator Hybrid Role
AEOM is seeking a hybrid Project Coordinator in Calgary to enhance the transportation team's project execution capabilities. Ideal for proactive professionals with strong organizational skills, this role supports project activities effectively.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist seasoned team members in coordinating daily project tasks and tracking deliverables that meet AECOM’s high-quality expectations.

Your role involves communicating with internal teams and stakeholders while ensuring proper documentation and workflow management. Strong attention to detail will be essential as you help manage project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in daily project activities

• Track project deliverables to ensure quality standards

• Facilitate coordination with clients, contractors, and teams

• Maintain documentation like meeting minutes and logs

• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and 2 years of relevant experience

• Technical Diploma with 4 years of experience also accepted

• A minimum of 3 years in project support roles preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
