In this essential role, you will collaborate with building owners to provide precise quotes for HVAC Controls projects. Your expertise in estimating, engineering, and building automation will streamline project bidding and cost-saving measures. The position requires attention to detail to ensure accurate materials, equipment pricing, and scope development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed cost estimates for HVAC Controls projects

• Develop scope based on design-build plans and specifications

• Create system sketches and preliminary proposals

• Hold pre-bid meetings to review project strategies

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk items for projects
Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in estimating or construction management

• Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems and Building Automation

• Proven ability to manage projects on time and under budget

• Valid driver’s license with clean record for 12 months

• Flexibility for potential overtime or weekend work
