MCCANN & PARTNERS LTD is a building services consultancy based in Penarth Marina, Cardiff, United Kingdom. The firm provides engineering design and advisory services across a range of building types and sectors, delivering some of the largest and most prestigious buildings in Wales.

This full‑time Associate Mechanical Engineer role is based in Cardiff and offered on a hybrid basis, combining office presence with working from home and flexible working. The Associate Mechanical Engineer will support and lead mechanical building services design on projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical solutions into overall building designs.

The role involves attending project meetings, supporting project planning and delivery, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The Associate Mechanical Engineer will also contribute to research and development of innovative, sustainable design approaches and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
