Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer Hybrid Role

In this newly created position, you will lead various design tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables in commercial and institutional projects. With over four years of engineering experience, you will manage multi-disciplinary coordination and provide essential mentorship within a supportive environment focused on technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee mechanical systems for projects

• Perform HVAC calculations using Carrier HAP

• Conduct design reviews and field inspections

• Develop and articulate technical reports for diverse audiences

• Mentor junior engineers and assist team management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Four years of experience in HVAC/plumbing design

• P.Eng. registration in Ontario required

• More than ten years’ experience preferred

• Experience with sustainability standards is a plus
