Senior Structural Engineer

£80,000 - £100,000 + Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home), flexible hours, progression to leadership, bonus, and company benefits.

We are looking for a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer to lead high‑profile projects, manage complex schemes, mentor junior engineers, and work across a diverse portfolio of innovative developments.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
Manage client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
Review calculations, drawings, and technical designs.
Mentor and develop junior engineers.
Adhere to a hybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Requirements:

Background as a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer.
Experience managing structural projects and client relationships.
Commutable to London.
Looking for a long‑term opportunity with progression into leadership.
