Power System Studies Engineer Remote

In this role, you will lead and support power system studies for renewable developers and utilities. Your expertise will be critical in modeling projects that include offshore wind and green hydrogen solutions. With a focus on compliance with NERC standards and interconnection requirements, you'll engage in comprehensive studies from proposal to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal power system studies and analyses

• Ensure compliance through external interconnection studies

• Collaborate with team members across North America

• Manage project delivery within budget and timelines

• Engage with renewable energy stakeholders and technical committees
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 4 years' experience in utility-scale renewable projects

• Proficiency in power system tools like PSS/E and ETAP

• Strong understanding of IEC, IEEE, and CIGRE standards

• Professional Engineer (PE or PEng) license preferred
