Become a vital part of Sargent & Lundy as a Remote Grid Consultant. This position focuses on providing advisory services in utility planning and interconnections nationwide.

You will engage in preparing generator interconnection applications and independent power system studies. Utilizing your strong background in electrical engineering, you will guide clients through ISO studies and provide critical insights into renewable energy projects. Communication and leadership skills are essential for successful project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit generator interconnection applications

• Conduct feasibility studies and client consultations

• Execute power system analyses and evaluations

• Assess impacts of new generation projects

• Lead automation initiatives in engineering tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS or MS)

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of dynamic modeling software

• Excellent report writing and communication abilities

• Experience in project planning and leadership
