ENCOM Energy Compliance Consultancy Limited is looking for a TM44 Air Conditioning Inspector (Level 3 &
4) to join their team in Milton Keynes for a full-time remote role. You will conduct TM44 air conditioning inspections and prepare Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for commercial properties.
Your responsibilities will include detailed site surveys, compliance report preparation, and offering tailored consultation to clients to improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Strong communication skills and accreditation as a Level 3 & 4 TM44 Inspector are essential for this role.
