As a Senior Town Planner, you will play an important role in delivering high‑quality planning advice and guiding development proposals through the planning process. You’ll manage your own workload, support clients, and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide commercial planning advice to a range of clients across different sectors
• Prepare high‑quality planning reports, statements, and application submissions
• Liaise with and manage technical consultants as part of wider project teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities through networking
• Represent your clients' interests throughout the planning process

You will enjoy a balance of independent responsibility and supportive guidance, with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills and take on new challenges.

• A degree in Town Planning or a related subject
• A proactive approach to client engagement and business development
• Confidence in liaising with planning authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
